Sullivan's Island Historic Renovation

This 2 year project had a budget of close to $600,000 and included cosmetic upgrades to most of the 7000 sq ft residence. Some of the upgrades included new and resurfaced tigerwood flooring, new kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, the remodeling of 3 bathrooms, and remodeling of most of the basement to add additional bedrooms and built-in cabinetry.
